Terms and Conditions for attending QuakeCon 2010
General Registration Guidelines
All attendees must sign a waiver and consent to enter QuakeCon.
Age Specifications:
- All attendees under the age of 18 must have a signed Waiver and
Consent by their parent or legal guardian to attend QuakeCon.
- A minor under the age of 13 may attend if accompanied at all times by
an adult and with an executed Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
signed at QuakeCon 2010 registration. For additional details, please

- Due to safety regulations, baby strollers/carriages are NOT permitted
on the Expo Floor.

- Falsification of age and/or failure to follow all age requirements
is grounds for immediate removal from QuakeCon.
Payment Criteria:
- No refunds or credits will be issued for a discount after the initial
registration.
- No Purchase Orders will be accepted.
- Visa/Mastercard will be the only form of payment accepted during
Online Registration
Cancellations / Refunds
- All registration fees are non-refundable, including all cancellations,
and credentials are non-transferable.
Reprinting Badges:
- Be sure to hold on to your badge and badge holder once you receive
your materials. Any badges needed to be reprinted onsite will be subject
to the following charges:
- Badge Reprints: $25.00 each
Tournaments
- Tournaments will be announced separate from the time registration
opens for the event.
- You must be registered for QuakeCon 2010 in order to sign up for one
of the tournaments.
- Only active competitors may access the competition area.
General Session Policies
- QuakeCon done Quick (QdQ) attendees will be given priority seating to
all Sessions.
- All General Sessions, Conference Sessions and the Expo Floor are open
to ALL attendees and seating is on a first come, first served basis.
- Tournaments must be added on to your registration separately. You will
be notified when they are available.
Show Photography
- All attendees agree to be photographed by show management, and allow
show management to post pictures on event web site and any marketing
collateral. By entering QuakeCon 2010, you consent to release all personal
rights to any show images owned/produced by QuakeCon 2010 Management and
all exhibitors.
Changes / Substitions
- If you would like to make any changes to your registration, prior to the show, please sign in to the registration page using the user name and password you created.
- Onsite during QuakeCon, please visit the Registration area in Trinity Hall to make any changes.
Any practice resulting in complaints from any other attendee, visitor,
or Exhibitor which, in the opinion of Id Software, is disruptive to the
event, interferes with the right of others or exposes them to annoyance or
danger, may in its sole discretion result in grounds for immediate
removal.
Any matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules, terms and
conditions, and/or regulations shall be subject solely to the decision of
Id Software. Id Software shall have full power in the matter of
interpretation, amendment, and enforcement of all said rules and
regulations

All other trademarks and trade names are properties of their respective
