What are my transport/parking options for getting in to and from the Event?
Car: There is no visitor parking available onsite.
By Underground and Overground: Canada Water (Jubilee Line and Overground), then a 5-minute walk Rotherhithe (Overground), then a 10 minute walk Surrey Quays (Overground), then a 10-minute walk.
By Bus: Numbers 381, P12, 47, 188 and C10 stop near the venue.
By Rail: London Bridge (5 minutes via taxi).
When can I start queuing?
Outdoor queuing space will be available at the Venue one hour before the doors are scheduled to open.
What can I bring into the Event?
Ticket holders are permitted to bring a bag, subject to a bag search policy. Personal cameras are permitted however tripods or other bulky items will not be allowed. There are no visitor storage facilities or a cloakroom available onsite.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the Event?
Yes, tickets should be either printed out or accessed electronically via the Eventbrite app.
Does the name on the ticket or registration have to match the person who attends the Event?
Yes, ID will be used to verify the registered ticket holder is admitted.
What is the refund policy for tickets?
Tickets for the Event are free and therefore there is no refund or exchange policy applicable and tickets cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Is my ticket transferrable?
No, tickets are not transferrable.
Can I update my registration information for my ticket?
Yes, however this is limited to changes made up and until 76 hours before the Event. Any changes thereafter will not be acknowledged by the Organiser.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the Event?
Yes. This Event is for persons aged 18 and over and no person under this age will be admitted into the Event. Valid ID may be inspected at admission and entry will be denied to any person failing to present satisfactory ID.
Can I pay with cash at the Event?
No, this Event is a cashless event and cashless payment methods will be available on the day to purchase merchandise, food and drink.
Can I bring my own food and drink to the Event?
Food and drink will be available to purchase on the Event day. No food and drink other than that available at the Event is permitted.
Will there be first aid support at the Event?
Yes, qualified first aiders will be present throughout the Event. If you are feeling unwell or injure yourself during the Event, you are advised to notify the nearest member of staff immediately.
Is smoking permitted at the Event?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the venue however a designated outside smoking area will be made available.
What are the Event timings
The Event runs from 9.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. on 27th July 2019. Last admission is at 5.00 p.m.
